SHIPPING POLICY

We know you’re excited to get your order — and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two shipping options at checkout. All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking link will show the most up-to-date estimated arrival. Velari Co. is not liable for delays after handover to the carrier.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option delivers your order via trusted carriers with reliable handling. Once your parcel is with the carrier, it is subject to the carrier’s own terms and conditions. Velari Co. is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay that occurs after handover to the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, you will need to follow up directly with the carrier. Velari Co. is unable to issue replacements or refunds for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Insured Shipping

For complete peace of mind, we offer an insured shipping upgrade at checkout. Insured shipping covers your order against loss or damage during transit. If something goes wrong, contact us at team@velarico.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

        Insured shipping claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date

        Claims must include your order number and photographic or written evidence of the issue where applicable

        We reserve the right to investigate claims before issuing any remedy

        Insured shipping fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend selecting Insured Shipping, especially for higher-value orders. Standard shipping does not cover loss or damage in transit.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, regardless of the outcome of your order.

In the event of a return that is authorised under our Refund Policy, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Velari Co.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to select destinations. International orders are subject to our International Shipping program, and shipping fees will vary depending on your country and region. International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note the following for all international orders:

        Delivery timeframes for international orders may differ from domestic estimates and are subject to customs processing times in your country

        International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee

        Velari Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for orders held, seized, or returned by customs authorities

        If an international order is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any applicable refund

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to import into their country. Velari Co. accepts no liability for orders that are confiscated or delayed by customs.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Velari Co. is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee to have it resent. In such cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
